The Ashes
The crematorium provide the ashes in a basic grey plastic receptacle as pictured below.
The measurements are approximately 25cm x 15cm x 12cm
We have teamed up with the Endeavour Foundation, supporting sewers with disabilities,
to make a complimentary pouch for the ashes container.
If you want a nicer receptacle for your loved ones ashes then we have a beautiful catalogue of Urns, Scatter Tubes, Keepsakes & Jewellery available to purchase.
Your loved ones ashes can be made available for collection by you (or your nominated person)
from our Stapylton office as soon as 48 hours after the cremation has occurred.
On special request, the ashes can be made available after 24 hours.
If you are purchasing an Urn, please allow additional time for delivery from our local supplier.

We understand that you may not be available to collect the ashes from our Stapylton office.
Included in our service, at no extra cost, we can send them via Registered Post.
A tracking number will be provided so you can always check on the status of the delivery.
If you prefer the human touch, we can deliver the ashes personally to your home or
workplace for an additional $150.
This service is available to families in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Beaudesert, Ipswich,
Redcliffe & Caboolture regions.
If you require the ashes urgently, we provide an "Urgent Delivery" service for $250.
If you do not wish to receive the ashes back, we are happy to scatter ashes or look
after them until you decide what is best for you.
